Last week, the insurance industry gathered at Insurtech Insights Europe 2025, and the energy was electric. From bold visions for the future to practical innovations ready to deploy today, the event brought together carriers, MGAs, TPAs, reinsurers and insurtechs all working to redefine how insurance works.
At our booth in the Claim Technology Innovation Village, we had the chance to speak with dozens of leaders who share one thing in common: they know claims handling has to evolve – and they’re actively looking for practical, proven ways to make that shift.
We came ready to show what that evolution looks like—with Clive™, the industry’s first AI Claims Adjuster, live in production. Clive works on top of any Claims Management System (CMS), adding AI and automation to move claims forward from FNOL to settlement.

Real Conversations, Real Challenges in Claims Management
At the booth and around the floors, we heard it all:
“We’re searching for reliable AI for our operations.”
“We’re looking to innovate with already functional technology.”
“We have a system—but it’s limited. We’re looking to enhance its abilities.”
These are exactly the problems Clive was built to solve. He operates on top of any CMS, automating manual and repetitive tasks, planning the entire claim, suggesting data-based next-steps, and giving managers full visibility across operations.
No system overhaul. No expensive changes. Just a scalable, secure, and easy-to-operate AI adjuster that fits right into existing workflows.
Clive Live on the Tech Stage – Automating Claims Handling
One of the highlights of the event was our live demo on the Tech Stage, led by our Co-Founder and CTO, Michael Krikheli. With a strong turnout from curious insurance professionals, Michael introduced the audience to Clive, showcasing his abilities to handle the entire lifecycle of a claim.
Clive isn’t a concept or a prototype—he’s already in production. Michael demonstrated how Clive manages the core responsibilities of an adjuster: triage, planning, automating next steps, and flagging inconsistencies – automating and accelerating the entire process.
What caught people’s attention? Watching how Clive can quickly analyze a claim and provide data-based suggestions and answers that are fully aligned with the insurer’s Standard Operating Procedures.
