In May 2024, Tego announced its decision to select Five Sigma’s claims management platform (CMS), thanks to its AI-native architecture, advanced automation, plug & play Integrations, and scalability. Tego sought a claims system that would optimize its current operations and scale effortlessly to accommodate future growth.

The project and deployment of Five Sigma’s platform went smoothly with no system downtime or operational interruptions. Five Sigma integrated multiple third-party systems with the new CMS, including policy administration and payment processing.
