Introducing FNOL Configuration UI

Take control with our new feature allowing you to customize the FNOL process for your various insurance LoBs and sub-organizations’ needs.

This customization includes adding extra custom fields to the FNOL form, hiding specific fields and sections, arranging the order of fields and more.

For example, you can add or hide specific form questions according to the sub-organization.  Additionally, when adding additional fields, you can specify whether a field is required or optional and list the available field values.
