We’re excited to introduce our new video call functionality within Five Sigma’s Claims Management Platform!
Now, you can initiate video calls to any of your claim contacts directly from the platform with shareable and host links.
All chat messages and documents exchanged during video calls are saved within the video call communication card, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive communication experience.
