FAQ
What is the Five Sigma Partner Program?
The Five Sigma Partner Program connects technology, service, and distribution companies to Five Sigma’s AI-native claims management platform and Clive, its agentic AI for claims. Partners fall into three groups: technology partners who integrate their product with Five Sigma over open APIs, consulting and BPO partners who deliver claims modernization programs, and MGAs, TPAs, and carriers who run claims on Five Sigma for their own or their clients’ programs.
Who can become a Five Sigma partner?
Five Sigma partners with insurance technology vendors (policy administration, payments, data and fraud, document processing, repair and vendor networks), system integrators and BPO providers, consultancies, and MGAs and TPAs handling claims on behalf of carriers. Current partners include Socotra for core policy and billing, One Inc and Vitesse for claims payments, Sutherland for digital engineering and BPaaS, and Xceedance for TPA and managed services. Five Sigma works with companies serving P&C insurers across North America, the UK, and ANZ. [Confirm the partner list against your approved page.]
What systems does Five Sigma integrate with?
Five Sigma integrates with policy administration systems, claims payment providers, document repositories, data and fraud vendors, repair and vendor networks, communication channels, and BI and data warehouse tools. Connections run over Five Sigma’s REST API set, which covers FNOL, policy, claims, vendor, payment, and data export, plus webhooks for event-driven updates. Named integrations include Socotra for policy and billing and One Inc and Vitesse for payments.
How do APIs help reduce loss adjustment expense (LAE)?
LAE follows two things: the minutes an adjuster spends per claim and how many claims each adjuster can carry. API connections cut both. Automatic policy verification at FNOL removes a manual lookup. Payment APIs remove double entry between the claims system and the payment provider. Vendor APIs pull estimates straight onto the claim file. Every removed step lowers active work time per claim, which is the operational number LAE actually tracks.
Does Clive work with our existing claims system?
Yes. Clive runs on top of any existing claims management system, so your customers add AI and automation without replacing their core platform. Clive reads the claim file, handles intake, triage, document processing, coverage checks, and communications, and returns the claim to the adjuster with the routine work already done. For partners, this removes the migration objection from the sales conversation entirely.
