We’re thrilled to share the newest enhancements to our platform and Clive™, the AI Claims Adjuster – all designed to streamline claims operations and harness the power of automation and AI-native technology.

With Clive, AI claims management in now available to any insurer, MGA or TPA looking to add AI and automation to their existing claims system. 

As a Cloud-based SaaS – the platform and Clive are always up to date with latest enhancements, for the benefit of all customers.

 🤖 Clive Automates Multiple Files Upload

Clive streamlines upload of multiple documents! Clive users can easily upload documents via the Clive chat interface, and Clive will automatically summarize and classify them, providing the name and type of the file.

 💌 Clive Automates Email Attachments Handling

Clive saves hours of manual and repetitive work with a new document extraction feature! Clive automatically summarizes, classifies, and stores incoming PDF email attachments directly in the claim documents tab—no user intervention needed.

Here’s how Clive does it:

1. Tracks incoming emails from policyholders, recognizing a document attachment. 

2. Processes the attached document, recognizing the relevant policy and claimant.

3. Uploads the attachment to the claims documents tab.

4. Summarizes the new document, saving it under a unique name, with an indication that the processing was done by Clive.

5. Sends a notification once he is done!

💰 Reserve Payment Pre-fill Configuration

We’ve added a new enhancement to the claims payment workflow – the Reserve Pre-fill capability. This feature is designed to simplify and speed up payment processing. Once enabled, a new button—”Pre-fill sub-reserves/reserves amounts“—appears on the “Set Payment” screen.

With a single click, all sub-reserves that have already been set (non-zero values) will automatically populate the payment fields—eliminating manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors.

📜 New Notification Templates 

A new “Templates” tab has been added to the Generic Templates Builder, allowing users to create and manage notification templates effortlessly.

With this update, when creating a new reminder, users will see a “From Template” button, enabling them to select pre-defined notification templates, saving time and ensuring consistency across communications.
